We cultivate 25 hectares of vineyard and all the grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in the cellar with modern equipment for the different stages of production:
- temperature control and cold stabilization,
- white vinification, with maceration and cold maceration,
- drying of the grapes,
- refermentation in autoclave,
- fermentation and aging in small wooden barrels,
- conservation in temperature-controlled environments,
- microfiltration and bottling.
