Love for the land, passion for wine

We cultivate 25 hectares of vineyard and all the grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in the cellar with modern equipment for the different stages of production:

  • temperature control and cold stabilization,
  • white vinification, with maceration and cold maceration,
  • drying of the grapes,
  • refermentation in autoclave,
  • fermentation and aging in small wooden barrels,
  • conservation in temperature-controlled environments,
  • microfiltration and bottling.

We also have a barrel to refine the finest wines.

Floriano Cinti’s wines have won several awards and accolades. You can taste and buy them - in bulk, bottled or in bag-in-box packaging - also in the tasting room, where the staff will explain the characteristics and properties of each wine.

Awards and acknowledgments

Since 1998 Floriano Cinti’s wines have collected a long series of awards at regional and national level. The first at the 12th wine competition of the Abbey of Monteveglio 1998 edition, among the producers of the Colli Bolognesi: first place with the sparkling Pignoletto ‘97 and the Chardonnay ‘97. The latest prizes in 2020: our sparkling Pignoletto DOCG Colli Bolognesi 2019 was awarded with the 3 Glasses of Gambero Rosso and AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) has included Cabernet Sauvignon Sassobacco 2016 among the best wines of Italy.
