Love for the land and passion for wine

We cultivate 25 hectares of vines and all the grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in the cellar with modern equipment for the different stages of production:

  • temperature control and cold stabilization,
  • white vinification, with maceration and cold maceration,
  • drying of the grapes,
  • refermentation in autoclave,
  • fermentation and aging in small wooden barrels,
  • conservation in temperature-controlled environments,
  • microfiltration and bottling.

We have also a barrel to refine the finest wines.

Wines Floriano Cinti have won several awards and accolades: you can taste and buy - in bulk, bottled or in bag-in-box packaging - in the tasting room, where the staff will explain the characteristics and properties of each wine.

Monday to Friday: 08.00 - 13.00 from 14.00 to 18.00
Saturday: 08.00 - 13.00 and from 14.00 to 19.00
